These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website, digital products, educational materials, courses, community spaces, artificial-intelligence tools and related services made available by Mini Moon Universe OÜ. Please read them carefully before purchasing or using any Service.

By visiting the Website, creating an Account, placing an order, enrolling in a Course, generating a Birth Chart, joining the Community, accessing Digital Content or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

These Terms are intended to provide a clear commercial framework. They do not exclude or restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law applicable to you. Because laws differ between jurisdictions, Mini Moon recommends obtaining independent legal advice before relying on these Terms for any purpose other than using the Services.

Any company registry number, VAT identification number or more specific registered-office information that becomes legally required will be displayed on the Website, at checkout, on invoices or in another legally appropriate location.

2. Welcome to Mini Moon

Mini Moon provides educational experiences intended to help parents and caregivers explore a child’s temperament, emotional needs, communication style and individual potential through astrology and reflective parenting practices.

Our approach is based on curiosity rather than certainty, guidance rather than prediction, and understanding rather than labels. A child is always more complex, capable and changeable than any astrological interpretation. Nothing in the Services should be used to define a child’s identity, restrict opportunities, excuse harmful behaviour or replace attentive, evidence-informed parenting.

These Terms are designed to establish transparent expectations, protect the integrity of the Mini Moon learning environment and support respectful use of our materials, community and technology.

3. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to every visitor, purchaser, Account holder, Community member and other User of the Website or Services. They apply whether a Service is free, paid, provided as a bonus, offered during a trial, delivered live or made available on demand.

Additional terms may apply to a particular offer, event, subscription, application, payment plan or promotion. Where additional terms are presented before purchase or use, they form part of the agreement between you and Mini Moon. If there is an irreconcilable conflict, the more specific terms for that offer will govern to the extent of the conflict, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

newsletters, educational emails, customer support and related website functionality.

4. Definitions

4.1 Defined terms

In these Terms, capitalised words have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

“Account” means the individual login or customer profile through which a User accesses a Service.

“AI Services” means Mini Moon GPT and any other feature that uses machine learning, large-language models or similar automated technology to generate, summarise or personalise content.

“Birth Chart” means an astrological chart or related output calculated using a person’s date, time and place of birth.

“Child Data” means information relating to a child or minor that a parent, legal guardian or authorised caregiver provides through the Services, including birth date, birth time, place of birth, name or contextual information.

“Community” means Mini Moon Village and any group, forum, message area, event chat or member space operated or moderated by Mini Moon.

“Content” means all text, graphics, designs, photographs, illustrations, trademarks, videos, audio recordings, lessons, scripts, workbooks, templates, downloads, software, prompts, reports, charts and other materials made available through the Services.

“Course” means the Mini Moon Astro Parenting Course and any other structured learning programme supplied by Mini Moon.

“Digital Content” or “Digital Product” means content supplied in digital form, whether by streaming, download, email, Account access or another electronic method.

“Services” means the Website, Content, Courses, Community, Birth Chart features, AI Services, Digital Products, subscriptions, memberships, events, customer support and any related offering provided by Mini Moon.

“User”, “you” and “your” mean the individual who visits, purchases, registers for or uses a Service. Where a purchaser acquires a Service for another adult, both the purchaser and the authorised end user are responsible for compliance with these Terms.

“Website” means https://mini-moon.mykajabi.com/Astro_Parenting_Course_ and any replacement domain, subdomain, checkout, landing page or online environment officially operated by Mini Moon.

4.2 Interpretation

Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation. Words such as “including” and “for example” are illustrative and do not limit the preceding words. A reference to writing includes email and other durable electronic communications.

5. Acceptance of These Terms

You accept these Terms when you click an acceptance box, complete a purchase, create an Account or use any Service after having a reasonable opportunity to review them. Your agreement is effective on the earliest of those events.

You also agree to comply with the Privacy Policy, any Community guidelines displayed within the Services, and any offer-specific conditions shown at checkout. You should retain a copy of these Terms for your records.

Where the law requires specific consent before immediate delivery of Digital Content during a statutory withdrawal period, that consent and acknowledgement may be collected separately at checkout.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, or have reached the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. The Services are directed to adults, including parents, legal guardians, caregivers and educators; they are not directed to children for independent use.

A minor may view suitable educational material only under the direct supervision and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian. A minor may not create an Account, make a purchase, submit payment details, independently use AI Services or participate in the Community.

By using the Services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, that your use is lawful where you are located and that you are not prohibited from receiving the Services under applicable sanctions, export-control or other laws.

We may refuse registration, cancel an order or restrict access where we reasonably believe eligibility requirements are not met, fraud is involved or continued access would create legal, security or safeguarding concerns.

7. User Accounts

7.1 Registration and accuracy

Some Services require an Account. You must provide complete and accurate registration information and keep it current. We may use the email address associated with your Account for service notices, access information, security messages and other communications permitted by law.

7.2 Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for activity carried out through your Account. Use a unique password, do not disclose it to another person, and notify us promptly at hello@minimoonparenting.com if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.

7.3 Individual access only

Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, each purchase and Account is licensed to one individual. You may not share credentials, permit simultaneous use by multiple households, transfer an Account, resell access or use one purchase to train employees, clients, groups or paying audiences.

7.4 Account administration

We may require identity or purchase verification before changing an email address, restoring access or discussing an Account. We are not responsible for loss of access resulting from inaccurate information, loss of control over an email account or failure to keep credentials secure.

8. Products and Services

Mini Moon may offer free and paid Services in different formats. The principal characteristics, price, access period and delivery method of a paid Service will be described on the relevant sales or checkout page before purchase.

We may improve, reorganise or update a Service to maintain quality, accuracy, accessibility or technical compatibility. Updates may include replacing a lesson, changing the order of materials, updating a platform, correcting information or substituting a reasonably equivalent resource.

Images, screen mock-ups, product previews and descriptions are illustrative. Minor differences in formatting, platform appearance, lesson order or functionality do not constitute non-conformity where the Service continues to provide the material features described at purchase.

Availability may differ by country due to legal, technical, payment, language or platform constraints. We do not guarantee that every present or future Service will be available in every jurisdiction.

9. Mini Moon Astro Parenting Course

9.1 Course purpose

The Course is a self-paced educational programme about astrology and reflective parenting. It may include video, audio, text, worksheets, guided practices, examples, case studies, Community access and bonus resources.

9.2 Drip release and staged access

The sales page may state that selected modules or bonuses are released on a schedule. Where content is drip-released, your purchase includes access according to that schedule rather than immediate access to all future modules. Release timing may be adjusted for quality, technical or operational reasons, provided that Mini Moon continues to act reasonably and does not materially deprive you of the purchased programme.

9.3 Learning outcomes

Completion, insight and results depend on individual participation, circumstances and interpretation. Mini Moon does not promise a particular parenting outcome, relationship change, level of knowledge, income, professional qualification or other result.

9.4 No certification or professional credential

Unless a specific offer expressly says otherwise, completion does not grant an accredited qualification, licence, professional designation or authority to practise medicine, psychology, therapy, education, counselling or astrology professionally.

9.5 Personal use

Course exercises may invite reflection on family relationships or children. You decide what to disclose. Avoid including unnecessary identifying or sensitive information in Community posts or AI prompts.

10. Birth Chart Generator

10.1 Information supplied by the User

A Birth Chart depends on the birth date, exact birth time, place of birth and other information entered. You are responsible for checking that this information is correct before generating or relying on an output. An estimated or incorrect birth time may materially change the chart.

10.2 Authority to provide Child Data

When entering information about a child, you confirm that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or that you have lawful authority and any necessary permission to provide the information for the requested purpose. You must not enter information about another person’s child without appropriate authority.

10.3 Calculation and interpretation limitations

Chart calculations may depend on external geolocation, time-zone, daylight-saving or astrology software. Reasonable efforts are made to provide accurate outputs, but no calculation or interpretation is guaranteed to be free from error. Astrological traditions and practitioners may use different house systems, techniques or interpretive approaches and may reach different conclusions from identical data.

10.4 Educational use only

Birth Charts and interpretations are supplied as educational and reflective content. They are not scientific assessments, diagnoses, predictions, guarantees or professional evaluations. They must not be used to determine medical treatment, psychological care, schooling, custody, legal rights, financial decisions, safety measures or other high-impact decisions.

10.5 Respectful use concerning children

You must not use a Birth Chart to label, shame, discriminate against, frighten, restrict or predetermine a child. The chart should be approached as a prompt for curiosity and compassionate observation, not as a fixed description of identity or destiny.

11. Mini Moon Village

11.1 Purpose and participation

The Community is provided for peer learning, reflection and respectful exchange. Access may be included with a Course, provided as a bonus or sold separately. Participation is voluntary and does not create a confidential, therapeutic or professional relationship with Mini Moon or another member.

11.2 Community standards

You must communicate respectfully and must not post or transmit content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, invasive of privacy, commercially promotional without permission, or harmful to children or other vulnerable persons.

11.3 Privacy and confidentiality

Do not disclose another person’s private information, screenshots, recordings, Birth Charts, child details or Community contributions outside the Community without clear permission. Although members are required to respect confidentiality, Mini Moon cannot guarantee that another member will comply. Share only information you are comfortable disclosing in an online group.

11.4 Moderation

Mini Moon may review, move, edit for formatting, hide or remove Community content and may warn, suspend or remove members. Moderation decisions may be taken without advance notice where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, platform integrity or protection of members. Mini Moon is not obliged to monitor every contribution and does not endorse member statements.

11.5 No solicitation

You may not scrape member information, send unsolicited promotions, recruit clients, sell products, conduct research, request investments or use Community access to build mailing lists without prior written permission.

12. Mini Moon GPT

12.1 Nature of the tool

Mini Moon GPT is an AI-assisted educational companion intended to explain course concepts, support reflection and help Users explore astrology-related questions. It is not a human astrologer, therapist, doctor, educator, lawyer or other professional adviser.

12.2 Access and dependency

Access may depend on an Account with Mini Moon, a third-party AI platform, technical availability and any eligibility conditions stated in the offer. Third-party platform rules and availability may change. Mini Moon may replace the delivery method or provide a substantially equivalent tool where reasonably necessary.

12.3 Responsible prompting

Do not enter payment-card information, passwords, government identifiers, medical records, detailed child-development concerns, private third-party communications or other information that is unnecessary for the educational question. When discussing a child, use the minimum information needed and avoid unnecessary identifiers.

12.4 Output limitations

AI output is probabilistic and may be incorrect, incomplete, repetitive, biased, inconsistent or unsuitable for your circumstances. Similar prompts may produce different answers. You must review output critically and verify important information independently.

12.5 Prohibited reliance

Do not rely on AI output for emergency, health, mental-health, developmental, safeguarding, legal, financial, educational-placement or other high-impact decisions. Seek an appropriately qualified professional where advice or assessment is needed.

13. Future Services

Mini Moon may introduce mobile applications, memberships, subscriptions, live programmes, certification-style learning, personalised reports, additional AI tools, family resources or other Services. These Terms apply to future Services unless separate terms are presented.

A future Service may require a new purchase, subscription, device, third-party account, updated software or acceptance of additional conditions. Purchase of an existing Service does not automatically include every product or feature introduced later.

Where a future subscription renews automatically, the price, billing interval, cancellation method and any trial conditions will be displayed before enrolment. Mini Moon will comply with mandatory renewal and cancellation rules applicable to the transaction.

14. Digital Products and Downloads

Digital Products may include worksheets, guides, audio recordings, meditations, templates, checklists, reports, illustrations, PDFs and other downloadable or streamable materials. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Digital Products are licensed rather than sold.

You may download or print a reasonable number of copies for your own personal, non-commercial household use. You may make a reasonable personal backup, provided that copyright and proprietary notices remain intact.

You may not upload Digital Products to shared drives, membership libraries, social-media groups, resale platforms, file-sharing sites, AI training datasets or repositories accessible by anyone outside your authorised household use. You may not translate, adapt, brand, bundle, teach from, resell or distribute a Digital Product without prior written permission.

You are responsible for downloading any materials that are expressly described as time-limited before the access period ends. Mini Moon is not required to maintain indefinite download links unless the offer states otherwise.

15. Licence to Use the Services

15.1 Limited licence

Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, Mini Moon grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to access and use the purchased Service for your own non-commercial educational purposes during the stated access period.

15.2 No transfer of ownership

No ownership right in the Website, Content, software, course structure, brand, methods or other intellectual property is transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

15.3 Household discussion

You may discuss general learning points with members of your household. This does not permit sharing login credentials, reproducing substantial Content, running group training, distributing files or providing paid or unpaid services based substantially on Mini Moon materials.

15.4 Revocation

The licence ends when the access period expires, your Account is terminated, the relevant Service is discontinued in accordance with these Terms, or you materially breach the agreement. On termination, you must stop accessing restricted Content and delete unauthorised copies.

16. Intellectual Property

16.1 Ownership

The Services and Content are owned by Mini Moon Universe OÜ or used under licence. They are protected by copyright, trademark, database, design, trade-secret and other intellectual-property laws.

16.2 Protected materials

Protected materials include the Mini Moon name and logos, course frameworks, lesson scripts, recordings, worksheets, meditations, illustrations, Birth Chart layouts, reports, Website design, databases, software, prompts, AI configurations, workflows, teaching sequences and original selection or arrangement of Content.

16.3 Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, translate, adapt, modify, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, broadcast, sell, license, create derivative works from, remove notices from, or commercially exploit any Content.

16.4 Recording and extraction

You may not record live sessions or Community calls, capture entire lessons, systematically download streaming media, scrape the Website, extract databases, bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected software except where a non-waivable law permits it, or use automated tools to collect Content.

16.5 AI and competing products

You may not use Content to train, fine-tune, ground or evaluate an AI model; generate a substitute course, report or product; create a competing astrology-parenting service; or reproduce the distinctive structure or substantial content of Mini Moon materials.

16.6 Reporting infringement

Suspected infringement may be reported to hello@minimoonparenting.com with enough information to identify the work, the allegedly infringing use and the reporting party.

17. Prohibited Uses

You must use the Services lawfully and in a manner consistent with their educational and safeguarding purpose. In addition to other restrictions in these Terms, you must not:

use the Services for fraud, deception, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, harassment or discrimination;

submit malicious code, interfere with security, probe vulnerabilities or attempt unauthorised access;

circumvent paywalls, access controls, download limits, release schedules or technological protection measures;

scrape, crawl, index or harvest Content or personal information using automated means without written permission;

share, rent, resell or commercially exploit an Account or Service;

upload content that infringes intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy, publicity or other rights;

use astrology, Birth Charts or AI output to make harmful, discriminatory or high-impact decisions about a child or another person;

present Mini Moon Content or AI output as professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or educational advice;

misrepresent an affiliation with, endorsement by or certification from Mini Moon;

use the Services in a way that could damage, overload, disable or impair the Website, Community or any third-party platform.

17.1 Enforcement

We may investigate suspected misuse, preserve relevant records, restrict features, suspend access or cooperate with platform providers and lawful authorities where reasonably necessary. Enforcement will be proportionate to the circumstances and does not limit other rights or remedies.

18. User Content

18.1 Your ownership

You retain ownership of original content that you submit, such as questions, comments, posts, reviews, assignments, photographs and feedback (“User Content”).

18.2 Operational licence

By submitting User Content through a Service, you grant Mini Moon a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit and display it only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate and improve the Service. This licence ends when the content is deleted from active systems, subject to reasonable backups, legal retention and content already shared with others.

18.3 Marketing use requires separate permission

Mini Moon will not use identifiable Community posts, photographs of children or private submissions in public marketing merely because they were submitted. Public marketing use will require separate permission or will be anonymised so that individuals are not reasonably identifiable.

18.4 Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit User Content, that it is accurate where presented as factual, and that it does not unlawfully disclose another person’s information or infringe any right.

18.5 Removal

We may remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms, creates safeguarding or legal risk, is technically harmful, is irrelevant to the Service or is reasonably considered inappropriate for the Community. You may request deletion of your own content, subject to legal, technical and contextual limitations.

19. Testimonials and Success Stories

Testimonials and reviews reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee that another User will achieve the same result. Parenting experiences, learning outcomes and personal interpretations vary.

Mini Moon may invite you to provide a testimonial. We will obtain permission before publishing an identifiable testimonial for promotional purposes. Permission may specify whether your full name, first name, initials, photograph, location or other information may be used.

We may correct spelling, punctuation or length without materially changing the meaning. We will not knowingly publish a misleading endorsement. You may withdraw permission for future use by contacting us, although withdrawal may not require recall of materials already lawfully printed, distributed or incorporated into completed campaigns.

No payment or benefit will be provided for a testimonial unless clearly disclosed as required by applicable advertising law.

20. Prices and Payments

20.1 Prices and order confirmation

The price, currency, payment structure and material offer details will be shown before purchase. An order is accepted when payment is authorised and Mini Moon or its platform sends confirmation or grants access. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance where there is an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, technical failure or legal restriction.

20.2 Payment processing

Payments may be processed by Kajabi Payments, Stripe, PayPal or another payment provider. The processor may collect and handle payment information under its own terms and privacy notice. Mini Moon generally does not receive or store full card numbers.

20.3 One-time payments and payment plans

Where a product is sold for one payment, the full amount is due at checkout. If a payment plan is expressly offered, you authorise each instalment according to the displayed schedule. A payment plan is a commitment to pay the full purchase price in instalments, not a month-to-month subscription that may be cancelled after partial payment, unless the offer expressly states otherwise.

20.4 Failed payments

If a payment fails, we or the processor may retry the charge, request updated details, pause access or terminate access after reasonable notice. You remain responsible for unpaid amounts that are validly due.

20.5 Price changes

We may change prices for future purchases and offer discounts to selected audiences or during limited periods. A later discount does not entitle an earlier purchaser to a refund of the difference.

20.6 Currency conversion and bank fees

Your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates, foreign-transaction charges or other fees. Those amounts are imposed by the provider and are not controlled by Mini Moon.

21. Taxes and Currency

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Unless the checkout expressly states that tax is included, applicable VAT, GST, sales tax or similar charge may be added or calculated according to the customer’s location and transaction.

You must provide accurate billing and location information. Mini Moon or its payment provider may use legally permitted evidence, such as billing country or IP location, to determine applicable tax treatment.

Where Mini Moon is required to collect tax, the amount will be shown on the checkout, receipt or invoice. You remain responsible for duties, withholding taxes or other charges that applicable law places directly on you and that are not collected by Mini Moon.

Business customers requesting tax treatment or invoices must provide valid and accurate business and tax-registration details before or promptly after purchase. Mini Moon may correct tax treatment where required by law.

22. Refunds, Cancellations and Consumer Withdrawal Rights

22.1 General refund position

Because many Services provide immediate access to valuable Digital Content, purchases are generally final once access has begun, except where a specific guarantee is stated or mandatory consumer law gives you a right to cancel, withdraw, obtain a price reduction or receive a refund.

22.2 Mandatory rights remain unaffected

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have a statutory period to withdraw from a distance contract. The scope of that right, and any exception for Digital Content or a digital service supplied immediately with your express consent and acknowledgement, is determined by applicable law and the checkout process.

22.3 EU and EEA digital content

Where EU or EEA consumer law applies, a consumer may generally have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal for a distance contract. For Digital Content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right may be lost after supply begins only where the legally required express consent, request for immediate performance and acknowledgement of loss of the withdrawal right have been validly obtained. If those requirements are not met, the statutory right is not excluded merely by this clause.

22.4 Requests

To request cancellation, withdrawal or a refund, email hello@minimoonparenting.com and include your name, purchase email, order information, the Service and the basis for the request. We may request reasonable verification. Requests will be assessed under the offer terms and applicable law.

22.5 No discretionary refunds for use or preference

Unless a guarantee or mandatory law applies, Mini Moon is not required to issue a refund because you changed your mind, did not have time to participate, did not complete the Course, overlooked a drip schedule, no longer prefer astrology, failed to download materials, missed a live event, or experienced a device or internet issue outside Mini Moon’s control.

22.6 Non-conforming digital content

If Digital Content or a digital service is not supplied, is materially defective or does not conform to mandatory contractual requirements, contact us promptly. Mini Moon may be entitled to bring the Service into conformity before a price reduction or termination is available, subject to applicable law.

22.7 Refund method

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider. Access to refunded content may be revoked and you must stop using and distributing any refunded Digital Content.

23. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Contact Mini Moon first if you do not recognise a charge, cannot access a purchase or believe an amount is incorrect. This does not restrict your right to contact your bank or payment provider about genuinely unauthorised or fraudulent activity.

A chargeback should not be used as a substitute for a refund request where the purchase was authorised and the Service was supplied as described. Knowingly making a false claim or retaining access after obtaining a reversal may breach these Terms and applicable law.

When a payment dispute is opened, Mini Moon may provide the processor with relevant order records, acceptance records, access logs, communications and other evidence reasonably necessary to respond. We may temporarily suspend access while the dispute is pending.

If a dispute is resolved in Mini Moon’s favour or a valid payment remains unpaid, access may remain suspended until the balance and any lawfully recoverable costs are paid.

24. Access Periods and “Lifetime Access”

24.1 Stated access period

The sales page or checkout will indicate the intended access period. Access may be permanent for a stated fixed term, tied to an active subscription, available while the product is supported, or limited to a release window.

24.2 Meaning of lifetime access

If “lifetime access” is expressly advertised, it means access for the operational lifetime of that version of the product while Mini Moon continues to own, license, host and support it. It does not mean the natural lifetime of the purchaser, perpetual hosting, access to every future product, or access after the underlying platform, licence or business has permanently ceased.

24.3 Platform migration and replacement

Mini Moon may migrate Content to another platform, change login procedures, replace a feature or archive outdated materials. We may require Users to activate replacement access within a reasonable period after notice. Where reasonably practicable, a materially equivalent method of accessing core purchased Content will be provided.

24.4 Discontinuation

A Service may be discontinued because of legal requirements, security risks, third-party platform changes, loss of necessary licences, insolvency, force majeure, low usage or other legitimate business reasons. Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.

25. Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

Mini Moon may offer launch pricing, coupon codes, bonuses, free trials, Community access, workshops, app access, AI access, downloadable materials or other promotional benefits. Eligibility, availability and expiry may be limited by date, audience, geography, inventory, purchase channel or other stated conditions.

Unless expressly priced and sold separately, a bonus has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and is not transferable. A bonus may be released later than the core product where the offer describes staged delivery.

We may replace a bonus with a reasonably comparable alternative where the original becomes unavailable for legal, technical, licensing or operational reasons. This does not permit removal of a material paid feature that formed a central part of the purchase description.

Coupon codes may not be combined unless stated. Misuse, automated redemption, resale or publication of private codes may result in cancellation of the discount or order.

A promotion offered after your purchase does not create a right to retrospective pricing, additional bonuses or a refund of the difference.

26. Third-Party Services

26.1 Providers

The Services may depend on Kajabi, payment processors, email providers, cloud hosting, analytics services, video hosting, AI platforms, mapping, geolocation, time-zone or astrology-calculation providers and other third parties.

26.2 Separate terms

Your use of a third-party feature may be subject to the provider’s terms, privacy notice, device requirements and account rules. Mini Moon does not control those terms and cannot guarantee that a third-party service will remain available or unchanged.

26.3 Links and external content

Links to external websites are provided for convenience or education. A link does not necessarily mean endorsement. You access third-party websites at your own discretion and should review their terms and privacy practices.

26.4 Responsibility

Mini Moon remains responsible for its own obligations and will use reasonable care in selecting providers. To the extent permitted by law, Mini Moon is not responsible for an outage, policy change, data practice, content decision or act solely within the control of an independent third party.

26.5 Changes affecting delivery

If a third-party provider materially changes or withdraws a feature, Mini Moon may modify, replace or discontinue the affected part of the Service. Where the change materially affects a paid consumer Service, any mandatory remedies remain available.

27. Artificial-Intelligence Services

27.1 Automated generation

AI Services generate output automatically based on prompts, available context, configured instructions and third-party model behaviour. Output is not manually verified before delivery unless a Service expressly says otherwise.

27.2 No guarantee of uniqueness or accuracy

Mini Moon does not guarantee that output is accurate, complete, current, unbiased, original or unique. Other users may receive similar output. AI output may invent facts or sources, misunderstand context or reflect limitations in training data.

27.3 User responsibility

You are responsible for evaluating output, checking relevant facts, deciding whether to use it and ensuring that your use complies with law and third-party rights. Do not publish or present AI output as independently verified professional advice.

27.4 Safety and prohibited content

You may not use AI Services to generate abusive, exploitative, sexually explicit, discriminatory, defamatory, fraudulent, illegal or harmful content, or content that targets, profiles or manipulates children in an unsafe manner.

27.5 Sensitive and personal information

Only provide information reasonably necessary for the educational task. Do not submit secrets, passwords, full medical files, financial information or personal information about third parties without lawful authority. Additional details about AI-related processing are provided in the Privacy Policy.

27.6 Model and feature changes

Models, prompts, safety settings, limits and functionality may be updated without preserving identical output behaviour. Access limits may be imposed to prevent abuse, manage capacity or comply with provider rules.

27.7 Human and professional support

AI Services do not provide emergency response or human monitoring. If you or a child may be in danger, contact local emergency or safeguarding services. For medical, developmental, mental-health, legal, financial or educational concerns, consult a qualified professional.

28. Availability, Maintenance and Changes

28.1 Availability

Mini Moon aims to provide reliable access but does not promise uninterrupted, error-free or universally compatible operation. Internet services may be affected by maintenance, updates, device limitations, network problems, cyber incidents or third-party outages.

28.2 Maintenance and updates

We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, migration, testing or updates. Where reasonably practicable, planned material interruptions will be communicated in advance or scheduled to reduce disruption.

28.3 User equipment

You are responsible for compatible hardware, software, internet access, current browser versions, speakers or headphones where needed, and reasonable cybersecurity practices. We do not guarantee compatibility with outdated, modified or unsupported devices.

28.4 Corrections

We may correct typographical errors, broken links, inaccurate descriptions, calculation errors or outdated Content. If a correction materially changes a paid offer before acceptance, you may choose not to purchase. After purchase, mandatory conformity rights remain unaffected.

28.5 Force majeure

Mini Moon is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, epidemic, government action, widespread internet or power failure, labour disruption, cyberattack or failure of critical third-party infrastructure. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

29. Suspension and Termination

29.1 Suspension by Mini Moon

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate a security incident, failed payment, suspected fraud, intellectual-property infringement, Community harm, unlawful use or material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy.

29.2 Immediate action

Immediate suspension or termination may occur without prior notice where the conduct creates a serious safeguarding, legal, security or reputational risk; involves harassment, exploitation, malicious code, credential sharing, piracy, fraud or repeated violations; or where a platform provider or lawful authority requires action.

29.3 Termination by you

You may stop using free Services at any time and may request Account closure. Ending use or closing an Account does not automatically cancel an outstanding payment plan, reverse a completed purchase or create a refund right. Subscription cancellation, where applicable, follows the instructions and timing stated for that subscription.

29.4 Effects of termination

On termination, access to restricted Services may end. Provisions that by their nature should survive remain effective, including payment obligations, intellectual-property restrictions, confidentiality, disclaimers, dispute provisions and accrued rights.

29.5 Data and downloads

Account closure and deletion of personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law. You should download any permitted personal materials before requesting closure. Mini Moon is not required to retain User Content indefinitely after termination.

30. Privacy and Personal Data

30.1 Privacy Policy

The Mini Moon Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, shared, transferred, retained and protected, including data associated with Accounts, purchases, marketing, Birth Charts, Child Data, the Community, cookies and AI Services. The Privacy Policy forms an important part of the information provided to Users but is not intended to reduce any right under applicable data-protection law.

30.2 Child Data

The Services are purchased and controlled by adults. When you provide Child Data, you confirm that you have lawful authority to do so and will provide only information reasonably necessary for the Service. Do not use the Services to create a public profile for a child or disclose unnecessary sensitive information.

30.3 Service communications

We may send transactional and service communications necessary to administer purchases, Accounts, access, security, release schedules, legal updates or support. Marketing messages will be sent in accordance with applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

30.4 Security

Mini Moon uses reasonable organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the Services. No online system is completely secure, and Users must also protect credentials, devices and the information they choose to disclose.

30.5 Requests and contact

Privacy requests and questions may be sent to hello@minimoonparenting.com. We may need to verify identity and authority before responding, particularly where a request concerns an Account, purchase or Child Data.

30.6 Relationship between documents

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy about the handling of personal data, the Privacy Policy will govern that issue, subject to applicable law. Commercial access, payment and licence matters remain governed by these Terms.

31. Educational, Medical and Professional Disclaimer

The Services are for general education, personal reflection and informational purposes. They do not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, lawyer-client, teacher-student, fiduciary or other professional relationship.

Mini Moon does not diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any condition and does not provide medical, mental-health, psychological, developmental, therapeutic, legal, financial, nutritional or individual educational advice. Statements about emotions, behaviour, regulation, learning, personality or family relationships are not professional assessments.

You remain responsible for decisions concerning yourself and any child. Seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional where a concern requires assessment or intervention. Do not delay or disregard professional advice because of the Services.

32. Warranties and Statutory Rights

Mini Moon will supply paid consumer Services with the standard of care and conformity required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes an express promise made on a sales page or a statutory warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Except for those non-excludable obligations, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. Mini Moon does not warrant that every interpretation will resonate, that every technical error will be corrected immediately or that use will produce a particular result.

33. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of a non-excludable consumer guarantee, or any liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

Subject to the preceding paragraph, Mini Moon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss; loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data; decisions made in reliance on astrology or AI output; or harm caused by unauthorised sharing of information by another Community member.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, Mini Moon’s aggregate liability arising from a paid Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event. This limitation does not apply where mandatory law requires a higher remedy.

34. Indemnity for Business or Unlawful Use

To the extent permitted by law, a User acting for business purposes or engaging in unlawful or unauthorised use agrees to indemnify Mini Moon against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from that User’s infringement of intellectual property, unlawful User Content, misuse of personal data, fraud or material breach of these Terms. This clause does not apply to ordinary consumer use to the extent prohibited by consumer law.

35. Governing Law and Consumer Jurisdiction

These Terms and the relationship between you and Mini Moon are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country where an eligible consumer habitually resides.

The courts of Estonia will have jurisdiction over disputes, except that a consumer may bring proceedings in any court that has jurisdiction under mandatory consumer law. Nothing in this clause deprives a consumer of a right to use an applicable statutory complaint or alternative-dispute-resolution mechanism.

36. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Please send a complaint to hello@minimoonparenting.com with your name, purchase email, order information and a clear description of the issue. We will review complaints in good faith and aim to provide a substantive response within a reasonable period.

Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties should attempt to resolve the dispute through written communication. This does not prevent urgent interim relief or the exercise of a statutory consumer right.

37. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, Services, technology, payment methods, platform providers or business practices. The updated version will display a revised date and will be made available through the Website or Account.

Material changes affecting an ongoing paid Service will be communicated by reasonable means before they take effect where required. Changes will not retroactively remove accrued rights or materially reduce a paid consumer Service without an appropriate legal basis and any remedy required by law.

38. General Provisions

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. Rights and remedies are cumulative. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without written consent. Mini Moon may transfer the agreement as part of a restructuring, merger, sale or transfer of the relevant business, subject to applicable law and without reducing consumer rights.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, offer-specific terms and information presented at checkout constitute the agreement concerning the Service. They do not exclude statements or rights that applicable law makes binding.
